How to Feel what you feel

I said to my mom the other day that I am really feeling low , and she said just distract yourself. Go watch and movie and she was not the only one who gave me this advice. Many other people too said the same.

As we say majority wins  I took it for the only way to dealt with my sad and low moods. By the time doing that i realized that , I no longer feel anything not even the joy. I got too used too in getting away with my feelings that I realized that this has become the only way of my life.

So here from my past experience I want to share some healthy ways to deal with your upset moods as lief is going to be combination of both high and low moods :-

So here are few ways to deal with bad moods 

Yes! I am not feeling happy🔺



Well the first thing is that acknowledge what are you feeling. Accept that yes you are not feeling fine that there is something wrong with you. Then go for other alternatives. 
Its Okay to cry it out

Never take crying for emotional drama. Its okay to cry it out what you feel. We all are humans and we tend to feel things. If you are upset about something and you feel like crying. Its completely okay to do that. You are gonna feel much lighter. This is for all guys and girls that Its okay to Cry.


Call that one person



Always have that one person whom you can call whenever you want. Whenever you feel like call him/her and talk your heart. Sometimes that second opinion changes your mindset. May be sometimes that you are worrying about something that is not even existent. So always make a point to get a second point of view.

Its a temporary phase







Whenever you are in that mood that everything around you getting doomed and low then always just remember that its a temporary phase and will end up soon. So don't your forever for this temporary thing. 

Watch out for past happiness

Our life is a mix of everything , we have both good and bad times as well. So when in low think about those happy times and that will definitely bring smile on your face.


Break Banta hai!



Yes its very much great to work everyday and be workaholic but remember you are the priority no matter what. Life starts and ends with you so its very important to give yourself enough time.
Take a break once in a while, get away for sometime from all that hustle and bustle routine. Have a coffee alone  and enjoy silence where you dont have to deal with anyone.
