Naagin seriously!

Literally, when sometimes I hear the names of our very prominent or ongoing daily soaps such as Naagin, Sasural Simar Ka , Jamairaja, then it forces me to think about who are the people who watch these type of content.

Really,  right now, in such a progressive world, these are the type of content we are consuming or delivering in our country.

It's not just the duty of Netflix or amazon to deliver the rightful content but equally the duty is of our national Television Channels.

We as a country trying our level best to be as progressive, to move out of all age-old irrelevant concepts or practices for which we are famous for in foreign countries but then many of our well-known directors or creators have taken a plunge to not let us do that.

Television in India is a big industry, its there in every household and we can use it as the greatest tool to inspire or educate lives but we are just showing a beautiful lady in a naagin attire all the time.

To talk statistically half of India own a Television, almost 197 million people have these boxes at their houses out of total of 298 million homes. ( June 2018 Survey)

I am not completely bashing out our TV industry but if we talk about our national television channels even including the news channels the content they display continues to disappoint me.

Whether its those nonsense debates where nobody is able to listen to anyone or some very sensational crime patrol episodes.

We really need to grow up, we as wise consumers asking for some real content, not some beautiful ladies dancing in dazzling naagin attires if men out there also agree to me.

Else soon the industry will have to suffer the consequences.

Also sorry for a such a late post if anybody was looking forward, being a teacher really leaves you with a very little time.
