Create A movement - #threedaysoff

The topic I have chosen this time for the blog may not be liked by some but that is fine as that is what writing is all about to tell what is needed to be told and not what is pleasing to be told.

Few days back as I had a conversation with my mother and we talked about how those 3 or 4 days every month is too tough for females . I realized there are so many working women in the country and it is so tough for women to contribute to their work on these days. Just imagine how much pain and unrest one has to feel in these days and still be working without telling anyone.

I thought is it so tough for a company to give a three days medical off every month to women staff.

I really dont know if it is that much possible or not, that is to be looked by all Human Resorce policy makers but what I want to say is that it is necessery and atleast talk about it.

Contries like China ,Taiwan, indonesia and South Korea  are already doing it. Although the policies did not went much successfull as women started to use this an excuse inspite of taking it as a loyal return to the company.

Still lets make way for it in India too and see how loyal Indian females are.

The company should always be considerate about their employees and this is one of the major concern. The thing is just that like every other medical, this leave will not be talked about that easily.

So if you feel it right then let us just share this blog on our social handles and I truly expect females to join this.

This idea has not been come out of free wandering mind as many companies in India is doing it like a digital startup Culture Machine has been doing it.
