My Lehnga is of 70 lakhs

Amrita Khanna daughter of acknowledged buisnesman wore  a lehnga of 70 lakh from a popular designer on her wedding. This is the common sight of headlines we witness in every newspaper these days.

I dont know whether it  is right or wrong. I want to leave it to people to decide that. I dont want to be any kind of preacher here.

Just displaying an irony here that when i go through the above mention headline in the paper and on the very other side there is a another story which says that daughter in law file a case against her husband for asking dowry of 20lakh.

A little while ago I had an experience where the parents of the bride themselves forced the groom to take the car of around 10 lakhs as a gift (you know what i meant) for the marraige.

This is the irony of our society where we totally condemned of taking dowry and also on the other we publish artiles promoting our big fat Indian weddings.

I dont know what is right, you can do it than Great! but taking loans for marrying your daughter is definately something not worth anything.

Well this topic was there on my mind from so long but when i watched this amazing show made in heaven on Amazon Prime which made my thoughts more clear. Here i will take a moment to appreciate the amazing content of the show.

Everyone has a dream of getting married in a fairystyle.

So, please go ahead if you can but dieing daily giving EMI of loan taken is not worth it.
